Deckel NC Milling Machine Web Site

FP4-60, FP5-80, FP6-100

The following pictures are from a brochure dated 4.92.

The subtitle of the brochure is "CNC Universal Milling and Boring Machines of the Medium Performance Class"

This seems to indicate that Deckel tried to create a machine class below the FPCC class and above the FPNC class. These machines seem in principle to be based on the FP5NC machines, but have the tool changers on the right side. The top RPM is limited to 5000 rpm, no auto-head is available. The FP4-60 can only change tools in the vertical spindle. No 2-axis NC rotary table is available.

The design and colors are changed some, with the machines looking more like MAHO's.

With minor changes these machines were later sold also under the Deckel-MAHO label.
